Ingredients

Drink Base
  • 1 can (12 oz) Cola chilled (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or Dr. Pepper)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Flavorings & Cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup plus extra for drizzling glass
  • 1 tbsp toasted marshmallow flavoring syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp half-and-half or marshmallow creamer
Optional Garnish
  • mini marshmallows
  • crushed graham crackers

Equipment

  • Clear Glass (Stemless wine glass or highball)
  • Straw

Method

  1. Take a clean, dry clear glass and generously squeeze thick ribbons of chocolate syrup down the inside walls to create stripes.
  2. Carefully fill the glass about 3/4 full with crushed ice.
  3. Pour the toasted marshmallow flavoring syrup directly over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour the cold cola over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the glass.
  5. Gently pour the half-and-half or creamer over the top of the drink, allowing it to swirl down into the soda.
  6. Garnish with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers if desired. Add a straw, stir thoroughly, and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your glass is completely dry before adding the chocolate syrup so it adheres to the sides.
