Method
- Take a clean, dry clear glass and generously squeeze thick ribbons of chocolate syrup down the inside walls to create stripes.
- Carefully fill the glass about 3/4 full with crushed ice.
- Pour the toasted marshmallow flavoring syrup directly over the ice.
- Slowly pour the cold cola over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the glass.
- Gently pour the half-and-half or creamer over the top of the drink, allowing it to swirl down into the soda.
- Garnish with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers if desired. Add a straw, stir thoroughly, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure your glass is completely dry before adding the chocolate syrup so it adheres to the sides.
