Ingredients
  

Sausage Bites
  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage sliced into rounds
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Creamy Dip
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper coarse

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
  4. Spread sausage on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the sausages and bake for another 10-15 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
  6. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, honey, and pepper to make the dip.
  7. Let sausages cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with the dip.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy cleanup as the sugar glaze will harden on the pan. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
