- In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh blueberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Muddle the blueberries thoroughly until they release their juices and skins break.
- Add the peach slices and muddle gently to release flavor without pureeing the fruit.
- Add the vodka and a scoop of ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Fill a serving glass with fresh ice.
- Strain the mixture into the glass over the ice (or pour unstrained for a rustic look).
- Top with club soda or sparkling water.
- Garnish with extra peach slices, fresh blueberries, and a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic mocktail, simply omit the vodka and replace it with a splash of peach nectar.
