Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum Malibu or similar
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice chilled
Garnish
  • 1 dollop Whipped Cream canned spray type works best
  • 1 pinch Sprinkles blue and yellow
  • 1 whole Maraschino Cherry

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Shot Glasses or Hurricane Glasses
  • Jigger or Measuring Cup

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Coconut Rum, Blue Curaçao, and Pineapple Juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels frosty cold on the outside. This helps aerate the pineapple juice.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall shot glass or a small hurricane glass.
  5. Immediately top with a large swirl of whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with sprinkles and a cherry. Serve immediately while cold.

Notes

For a creamier, lighter blue version, add a splash of heavy cream to the shaker.
