Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Coconut Rum, Blue Curaçao, and Pineapple Juice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels frosty cold on the outside. This helps aerate the pineapple juice.
- Strain the mixture into a tall shot glass or a small hurricane glass.
- Immediately top with a large swirl of whipped cream.
- Garnish with sprinkles and a cherry. Serve immediately while cold.
Notes
For a creamier, lighter blue version, add a splash of heavy cream to the shaker.
