Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes to chill the ingredients.
- Pour the Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao, and Pineapple Juice into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty cold.
- Strain the mixture evenly into two tall shot glasses or hurricane glasses.
- Top generously with whipped cream, towering over the rim of the glass.
- Garnish with blue and yellow sprinkles and top with a cherry. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier, lighter blue version, add 0.5 oz of heavy cream to the shaker before mixing.
