Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum like Malibu
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice chilled
Garnish
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
  • 1 tbsp Blue and Yellow Sprinkles
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger or Measuring Glass
  • Tall Shot Glasses or Hurricane Glasses

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes to chill the ingredients.
  2. Pour the Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao, and Pineapple Juice into the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty cold.
  4. Strain the mixture evenly into two tall shot glasses or hurricane glasses.
  5. Top generously with whipped cream, towering over the rim of the glass.
  6. Garnish with blue and yellow sprinkles and top with a cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier, lighter blue version, add 0.5 oz of heavy cream to the shaker before mixing.
