Method
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 mins until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add beef broth to deglaze pan, then add tortellini. Cover and cook 3-5 mins until tender.
- Lower heat. Stir in butter, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan until smooth sauce forms.
- Return steak to pan, toss to coat in sauce, and warm through for 1 minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use refrigerated tortellini for best texture; dried tortellini requires boiling separately first.
