- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay bacon flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pickle juice, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spread a generous tablespoon of secret sauce down the center of each tortilla.
- Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and crispy bacon over the sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to seal tightly like a burrito.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place wraps seam-side down and toast for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half on a diagonal and serve immediately.
Notes
To prevent a soggy wrap, ensure your tomatoes are drained of excess juice and your lettuce is completely dry before assembling.
