Ingredients
  

Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 12 strips bacon thick-cut
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp butter or bacon grease for toasting
Secret Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Reserve 1 tablespoon of grease.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Wash and shred lettuce; dice tomatoes.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly. Spread sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and 3 strips of bacon per wrap.
  6. Fold sides in and roll tightly like a burrito.
  7. Heat reserved bacon grease or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Add avocado for a creamy twist!
