- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Reserve 1 tablespoon of grease.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Wash and shred lettuce; dice tomatoes.
- Warm tortillas slightly. Spread sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and 3 strips of bacon per wrap.
- Fold sides in and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Heat reserved bacon grease or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
