Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3-4 whole organic lemons thoroughly washed and thinly sliced
  • 8 cups filtered water cold
  • 3-4 cups ice cubes
  • 3 whole organic white roses food-safe, culinary grade only
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar optional, for sweetness

Equipment

  • Square glass pitcher
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Wash the organic lemons thoroughly and slice them very thinly, removing any seeds.
  2. Carefully arrange the lemon slices flat against the inside walls of a clear glass pitcher.
  3. Fill the center of the pitcher with ice cubes to hold the lemon slices firmly against the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the cold filtered water into the pitcher until almost full.
  5. Gently rinse the food-safe white roses and arrange them to float on the top surface of the water.
  6. Refrigerate and allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes before serving. Remove lemons after 4 hours to prevent bitterness.
