- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch or 10-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
- Pour the chocolate chips into the bottom of the skillet and spread them into an even layer.
- Arrange the marshmallows in a single, tight layer over the top of the chocolate chips, completely covering them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are puffed and toasted golden brown.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Immediately top the hot marshmallows with sliced bananas, strawberries, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately while hot and gooey, using graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
Watch the oven closely during baking! Marshmallows can burn very quickly under high heat.
