Method
- Prepare your glasses by dipping the rims first in honey, then into the crushed toasted coconut.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, Baileys Irish Cream, Cream of Coconut, White Rum, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses.
- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, and a fresh banana slice.
- Add a straw and umbrella, and serve immediately while frozen.
Notes
For a mocktail version, omit the rum and replace Baileys with heavy cream and a splash of vanilla extract.
