- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut to the shaker.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside is frosty.
- Fill a serving glass (hurricane or highball) with fresh ice.
- Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Garnish generously with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure you use 'Cream of Coconut' (sweetened) and not 'Coconut Milk'. The nutmeg is essential for the authentic aroma.
