Method
- Fill a lowball or rocks glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pineapple Rum, Sour Apple Pucker, and Pineapple Juice.
- Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until cold.
- Strain the cocktail mixture over the fresh ice in your prepared glass.
- Top the drink with Sprite and give it a very gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish the rim of the glass with a fresh pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can easily make a pitcher for a party by multiplying the rum, schnapps, and juice, storing in the fridge, and topping individual glasses with Sprite right before serving.
