Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Sour Apple Pucker or sour apple schnapps
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice 100% juice
  • 1 oz Sprite or lemon-lime soda, to top
  • 1 cup Ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • 1 wedge Fresh pineapple for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Lowball or Rocks glass

Method
 

  1. Fill a lowball or rocks glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pineapple Rum, Sour Apple Pucker, and Pineapple Juice.
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until cold.
  4. Strain the cocktail mixture over the fresh ice in your prepared glass.
  5. Top the drink with Sprite and give it a very gentle stir to combine.
  6. Garnish the rim of the glass with a fresh pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can easily make a pitcher for a party by multiplying the rum, schnapps, and juice, storing in the fridge, and topping individual glasses with Sprite right before serving.
