Ingredients
  

Cocktail Build
  • 2 oz Pineapple Rum Malibu or similar
  • 2 oz Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice chilled
  • 2-3 oz Sprite to top
  • 1 wedge Fresh Pineapple for garnish
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • Rocks Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Jigger or Measuring Cup

Method
 

  1. Fill a short rocks glass to the rim with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Pineapple Rum and Sour Apple Pucker.
  3. Add the pineapple juice.
  4. Top with Sprite or lemon-lime soda until the glass is full.
  5. Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  6. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately.

Notes

For a less sweet version, substitute the Sprite with Club Soda or Seltzer Water.
