Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 1 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 2 cups orange juice chilled, pulp-free preferred
  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda Sprite or 7-Up
Add-Ins & Garnish
  • 1 cup frozen mandarin oranges or peaches partially thawed
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 4 slices fresh orange for garnish

Method
 

  1. Ensure all liquid ingredients (juices and soda) are thoroughly chilled before starting.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the Amaretto liqueur, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir well to mix.
  3. Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda and give it a gentle stir to mix without losing carbonation.
  4. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice and add a generous scoop of frozen fruit chunks to each glass.
  5. Pour the punch mixture over the ice and fruit until the glass is full.
  6. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange on the rim and serve immediately.

Notes

For a slushier consistency, blend the juices and ice briefly before adding the soda.
